Die Betten waren ganz nach unserem Geschmack, groß und nicht zu weich. Die Treppe ins Schlafzimmer war steil, aber selbst für uns (Generation 70+) kein Problem. Einziger Wermutstropfen war der relativ hohe Preis, aber :"Man gönnt sich sich ja sonst nichts."

Verified by partnerSehr saubere, in der Größe passende Wohnung mit nettem Interieur und guter Ausstattung in Top-Lage. Zwei Bäder, davon das obere mit Badewanne, dieses leider schwer zu beheizen und daher etwas kühl aber sonst tadellos. Die Gästecouch für eine eventuelle dritte Person ist eher eine Notlösung für eine gut trainierte Rückenmuskulatur. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Verified by partnerWir haben uns von Anfang an wohl gefühlt. Die Lage der Wohnung ist optimal und die Aufteilung ideal für 2 bis 3 Personen. Da das Haus am Ende einer Sackgasse liegt ist es wunderbar ruhig. Das Schwimmbad mit Sauna und Solarium ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen. Wir möchten aber auch den Vermittler SAS loben. Wir sind nett empfangen worden und alle Fragen wurden freundlich beantwortet.

Verified by partnerNach dem äußerst freundlichen Empfang durch den Mitarbeiter der SAS kamen wir in eine sehr saubere und - durch viele nette Details - gemütliche Wohnung, die für 3 Personen bei einem Kurzurlaub vollkommen ausreichend war. Hervorzuheben sind die zwei Badezimmer in der Wohnung und das Schwimmbad im Haus, welches wir um diese Jahreszeit gerne genutzt haben. Wir werden nächstes Jahr auf alle Fälle wiederkommen.

Verified by partnerDie Wohnung ist für zwei Personen super. Die Couch zum Ausziehen ist allerdings für einen schon angeschlagenen Rücken nicht unbedingt zu empfehlen. Das Schwimmbad ist sehr sauber. Ich fand es super, dort morgens zu schwimmen. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Verified by partnerKlasse gemütliches Appartement in schöner Wohnsiedlung. Das Schwimmbad und Sauna im Haus sind ist natürlich schwer zu toppen . Riesen TV ,was auch nicht überall so ist . Das einzige was uns gestört hat war , das die Menu Taste am TV ist gesperrt . Ich wollte das Bild von Studio auf normal umstellen . Nächste mal frage ich SAS ob man das umstellen kann. aber alles andere an der Wohnung war wirklich toll. Vor allem das 2. Bad im Schlafzimmer mit Badewanne ist auch sehr angenehm . Alles in Allem ,Super Wohnung für fairen Preis . Allerdings fahren wir auch nur im Winter .....

Verified by partnerWir waren 10 Tage in dieser schönen Wohnung. Es hat an gar nichts gefehlt. Toll , gerade um diese Zeit ( Februar), man könnte sehr gut das Schwimmbad und die Sauna nutzen. Strand sowie Bäcker und Edeka sind in Kürze zu erreichen. Nur zu empfehlen! Vielen Dank auch an die Agentur, das Team sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Verified by partnerTop ausgestattete Wohnung (leider ist das Geschirr bei den Frühstücktellern stark dezimiert). Sehr gut gelegen ( Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants... alles innerhalb von 5 MIN. zu erreichen. Große, sauberes Schwimmbad im Keller mit Sauna-Möglichkeit. An einer Sackgasse-Ende gelegen deshalb kein Durchgangsverkehr. Wohnung sehr sauber.

Verified by partnerPro: Das Domizil ist gut geschnitten, sehr sauber und ordentlich ausgestattet. Da wir in der Nebensaison reisen, ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis sehr gut. Ein sehr geschätztes Extra sind der Pool- und Saunabereich - ein wirklich toller Luxus. Auch dass wir ein zweites Bad hatten, hat uns gefallen. Contra: Die Schlafcouch für den dritten Gast ist fast unzumutbar. Eine zentimetergroße, nicht ignorierbare Kante quer über das Bett macht bequemes Liegen unmöglich. Vielleicht sollte zumindest ein Topper angeschafft werden, der die Kante halbwegs ausgleicht. In Summe sind wir angetan, waren nicht zum ersten - und wohl auch nicht zum letzten Mal hier.

Uns waren lediglich die Matratzen zu hart - das ist natürlich ein subjektives Empfinden.
Wir haben schon mehrmals über SAS gebucht und alles lief -wie gewohnt- reibungslos.

If there are only 5 days between the booking and the arrival date, you will immediately receive the contact details of the landlord and the address of the accommodation via e-mail. In the case you booked an accommodation of our cooperation partners, you will immediately receive the booking confirmation as well as the contact details of the landlord and the property address. Please note our payment modalities and conditions at any time (see question no. 4).
In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).

Right below this map, you will find distances to interesting places e.g. city center, beach, ski lift or the next shopping possibility. Furthermore, an individual text written by the landlord gives you more information about your holiday destination.

Whether you can bring your pets or not, please read the information in the "Features" section on this page. In general, the term "Pets not allowed" means that it is not permitted to bring any kind of pets at all.
You find the check-in and check-out times under "General Information" in the "Property description" section on this page, if the landlord has entered these information. Deviations from this regulation can be discussed individually. If your arrival/departure has to be very early/late, we will gladly clarify this with the landlord, if the accommodation is only bookable online. The key handover and return has to be clarified directly with the landlord. Please see question no. 18 to learn more about how and when you can contact your landlord.
There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
