Verified by partnerDas App.2 befindet sich in sehr guter Lage und ist schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung an Möbeln, Küche, Schlafzimmer ist optimal. Leider befindet sich in dem ebenso geschmackvoll eingerichteten Badezimmer ein muffiger Geruch, die Ursache hierfür konnte leider auch vom Hausmeister vor Ort nicht lokalisiert und beseitigt werden. Der Hausmeister teilte uns mit, SAS oder der Eigentümer würden sich melden, was leider nicht der Fall war.

Verified by partnerDie Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, war super sauber hergerichtet. Ideal für zwei Personen, die Treppe ins UG zu Schlafzimmer und Bad ist eng, daher für Menschen, die Probleme mit Treppensteigen haben, nicht so gut. Dafür ist die Wohnung ebenerdig und der Garten mit Strandkorb vor dem WZ-Fenster ein Traum. Draußen frühstücken war so schön!!! Es hat an nichts gefehlt - außer an etwas besserem Wetter, aber da kann der Vermieter ja überhaupt nichts dafür. Wir buchen wieder, wenn die Wohnung bei unserem nächsten Sylt Urlaub verfügbar ist.

Verified by partnerWir hatten einen sehr guten Aufenthalt auf Sylt unter der Betreuung von SAS. Diese kleine Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gemütlich. Ihre Größe ist voll ausreichend für 2 Personen mit einer schönen Terrasse und Strandkorb. Auch die Lage am Dorfteich ist sehr ruhig nur der Weg zum Strand ist halt ein bisschen weiter.

In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).
