Verified by partnerNette kleine Wohnung in ruhiger Lage. Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, Bad relativ neu. Die Küchenzeile ist klein, enthält ab soweit alles Notwendige. Die Polstermöbel könnten evtl. mal gereinigt, oder neue bezogen werden. Zwei Fernseher im Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer; kleiner ausreichender Balkon in Westausrichtung. Entfernung zum Strand ca. 10 Minuten.

Verified by partnerDie kleine Ferienwohnung liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Zentrum von Wenningstedt. Strand, Bäcker, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind schnell mit dem Rad oder auch fußläufig erreichbar. Das Mehrfamilienhaus mit mehreren Wohnungen machte insgesamt einen gepflegten Eindruck. Die Wohnung befand sich bei Ankunft in einem oberflächlich sauberen Zustand. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist gut, Sterneköche werden mit dem Kochfeld für zwei Töpfe und dem kombinierten Heißluft-Mirkowellenofen jedoch nicht glücklich. Hier empfiehlt sich der Weg zu einem der zahlreichen Gastronomiebtriebe am Platz. Der Wohnbereich ist gemütlich, allerdings müssten die Sitzmöbel dringend ausgetauscht werden. Das Sofa hatte doch deutliche Abnutzungserscheinungen und die Sitzpolster der Stühle im Essbereich waren schlicht und ergreifend schmutzig. Das Badezimmer ist zeitlos eingerichtet und war bei Ankunft absolut sauber. Eine kleine Rohrverstopfung wurde im Handumdrehen durch den tollen Service von SAS-Sylt behoben und wir erhielten eine kleine Aufmersamkeit für die Unannehmlichkeiten. Das Schlafzimmer ist recht klein, das Bett unter der Dachschräge nur von einer Seite aus begehbar, dafür passt der Schlafkomfort des hartgefederten Bettes gut. Im oberen Bereich (allerdings nur durch eine steile Treppe zu erreichen) findet man genug Abstellfläche für das Gepäck sowie ausreichende Schrankflächen. Fazit: Wer eine kleine, schnuckelige Wohnung ohne hohe Ansprüche sucht, dem wird das "App.11 Syltblume" gut gefallen. Für unsere Ansprüche hätten wir uns für den gezahlten Preis mehr Sauberkeit (mit Ausnahme des Bades) sowie eine höherwertigere, gepflegtere und modernere Ausstattung gewünscht. Für eine Woche Aufenthalt auf Sylt war die Wohnung jedoch in Ordnung.

Das WLAN ist auch etwas schwach, gerade im Schlafzimmer.

Bei einer schriftlichen Stornierung des Mietvertrages weniger als 90 Tage vor Beginn der Mietzeit schulden Sie die vereinbarte Miete abzüglich der Einnahmen einer etwaigen Neuvermietung sowie ersparter Aufwendungen. In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).

There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
