The ground floor features a stylish living and dining area equipped with a flat-screen TV, SKY-TV, and sound dock, alongside a separate, fully equipped kitchen with a convenient serving hatch.
The first floor includes a master bedroom with a double bed (180x200 cm) and its own TV, and a beautifully designed bathroom with a shower and WC. A smaller room with a sleeping chair (90x200 cm) is also available. The attic offers an open area with a double bed (160x200 cm). Das Doppelhaus ist sehr modern gestaltet und hat sehr hochwertige Materialien und Geräte (Küche, Fernseher, Möbel, Fitnessgeräte und Badezimmer waren mit sehr hochwertigen Markengeräten ausgestattet). Wir fühlten uns wie in einem Boutique-Hotel. Zur Lage: Es liegt sehr zentral in Wenningstedt, was den Vorteil hat, dass man sehr schnell am Feinkost-Meyer Supermarkt ist. Zum Strand sind es ca. 800m. Lediglich die Nähe zur Bundesstrasse hat das Bild etwas getrübt. Hier ist der Straßenverkehr schon zu hören. Tut dem positiven Gesamteindruck aber keinen Abbruch. Wenn ich mir noch etwas für die Unterkunft wünschen dürfte wären das: - Verschattungsoptionen im Garten schaffen (bisher gibt es weder Markise, Gartenschirm noch Strandkorb) - Einen Grill zur Verfügung stellen - Waschmaschine und Staubsauger bereit stellen

Verified by partnerSehr schön renoviert, Wände erscheinen uns etwas zu dunkel, aber insgesamt eine sehr schöne Wohnung. Der Fitnessraum ist gut ausgestattet; ob dieser im Keller auf Sylt aber in Anspruch genommen wird muß jeder für sich selbst entscheiden.

Verified by partnerTolles Häuschen, Straße leider etwas hörbar und recht langer Fußweg zum Strand. Sylt ist ja allgemein recht teuer, deswegen nur die 4-Sterne. Dusche läuft nicht gut ab und WLAN zickt etwas, aber ansonsten wirklich klasse Haus mit tollem Design!!!

Verified by partnerEin schönes Haus mit guter, bis sehr guter Einrichtung. Alles, was man für einen angenehmen Urlaub benötigt, ist vorhanden. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, wenn auch etwas klein und mit wenig Arbeitsfläche. Das Schlafzimmer im ersten Stock ist schön groß, hier ist der gut eingerichtete Kleiderschrank mit Fächern und Schubladen zu loben. Bei schönem Wetter kann man auf der Terasse sitzen und die Sonne genießen. Und wer will, kann sich im Fitnessraum im Keller "austoben". Mit "Lage" ist es ja so eine Sache auf Sylt. Lage zum Strand, Lage zum Einkaufen, ruhige Lage? Zum Strand waren es knapp 10 min, zum Bäcker keine 5 min und der Edeka-Markt "Feinkost Meyer" liegt ebenfalls in sehr kurzer Entfernung. Also alles gut zu erreichen, selbst Restaurants in Strand- oder Dorfteichnähe. Auch wenn Wennigstedt in der Einflugschneise vom Flughafen liegt, die wenigen Flieger am Tag haben nicht gestört. Wir hatten einen perfekten Urlaub und haben uns wohlgefühlt.

Bei einer schriftlichen Stornierung des Mietvertrages weniger als 90 Tage vor Beginn der Mietzeit schulden Sie die vereinbarte Miete abzüglich der Einnahmen einer etwaigen Neuvermietung sowie ersparter Aufwendungen. Letzteres wird mit 20 % pauschalisiert. Demnach haben Sie ggf. 80 % der vereinbarten Miete zu zahlen, auch wenn Sie das Ferienobjekt nicht nutzen. Dessen ungeachtet wird die Stornierungsgebühr von 79,00 Euro erhoben. In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).

There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
