Exclusive appartment on one level in a peaceful yet central location. The house contains an empty grass lot next to it, wich makes parking very easy and a lockable bicycle garage. The friendly well-established team from our agency Ida Klein is on site and always listens to any small or big concerns you might have.

Einige Mängel haben wir : 1. Staubsaugerbeutel voll, kein Ersatz. 2. Wasserhahn an der Spüle wackelt gewaltig. 3. Der Deckel vom Wasserkocher hält nicht, springt immer auf.

das App.3 (Atmosphäre) war selbst zu viert ausreichend groß. Der Wohn- Essbereich ist zwar etwas beengt, aber man hält sich ja nicht den ganzen Tag dort auf. Das Mobiliar ist nicht mehr ganz modern aber hell, nur das Elternbett sollte man erneuern, denn große Personen stossen immer am Bettende an der Latte an ( das gabs vor 40 Jahren bei meinen Eltern!!)
Die Einfahrt auf das große Grundstück ist sehr eng, vorallem wenn auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite Fahrzeuge parken,kommt man schlecht rein.

kein ausreichendes Geschirr (Eierbecher/Löffel) Korkenzieher, Flaschenöffner, nur Schrott, keine Tischdecke, Gartentisch als Wohnzimmertisch, Flecken auf den Matratzen/Auflagen, ganz schlechte Qualität der Matratzen,unterschiedliche weich/hart Qualität, zusammengewürfelte Schlafzimmereinrichtung, Teppiche lösen sich auf usw..
Nur das Badezimmer war die einzige neue Erscheinung. Wir haben schon viel besser gewohnt, bei günstigeren Preisen.

Gebucht hatten wir vom 14.09 bis zum 21.09.13. Leider hat das Wetter nicht mitgespielt so das wir bereits am 17.09 das "Handtuch" geschmissen haben ;-(
Die Ferienwohnung war ok. Allerdings fragen wir uns warum immer noch ein Antik Röhrenfernseher angeboten wird. Auch das WLAN sollte verstärkt werden. Empfang nur im Treppenhaus ;-(
Wird das geändert können wir die Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

We distinguish between two booking types on our website. The landlord decides which type of booking he likes to offer, so that only one is possible per accommodation. You can see the valid booking type on the right side of the property listing under the price per night.
Properties with Enquiry Booking: To book an accommodation please contact the landlord by phone or via the contact form on the property listing. It is impossible to book such properties directly online on our website.
Properties with Online Booking: To book an accommodation directly and bindingly online, please enter your travel period, the number of guests and calculate the valid price. Afterwards, please complete the booking form in three easy steps. Alternatively, you can also use our telephone booking service.
Basically, the accommodation has to be vacant in your requested travel period. Furthermore, the conditions, such as max. number of guests, the minimum stay, the valid arrival and departure days have to be observed.
Please note: The rental contract is always concluded between the tenant and the landlord. Travanto is just the intermediary.
In general, you are able to rent the accommodation, if your travel period is marked as vacant in the availability calendar. You can find the calendar nearly at the end of the property listing.
If a rental price can be calculated, a booking of the property is possible in your requested travel period. For further information about where and how you can calculate the rental price, please read the answer to question no. 6.
There might be vacant periods which you are unable to book. Please see question no. 16 for more information.

Yes, but please note that in case of a cancellation by the tenant the landlord might charge a cancellation fee. This applies in general when a rental contract has been already concluded bindingly.

This derogation applies in the case of bookings of tourist services (eg accommodations) that are fixed in time, the right of withdrawal in the case of long-distance transactions and also in the case of contracts concluded outside business premises (former doorstep selling) is suspended; § 312 g Abs. 2 Nr. 9 BGB.
Please specify your arrival and departure dates by typing them in directly or using the calendar on the right side of this page. Alternatively, you can use the availability calendar right below the rental prices by clicking on the dates. Afterwards you enter the number of guests and, if necessary, select optional additional services. You receive the total rental price now, which includes at least the total accommodation price including the final cleaning. Surcharges for additional guests, discounts and optional additional services are also included, if stated. All prices include VAT. Once you have made a binding booking, you will immediately receive a booking confirmation via e-mail. If you cannot find the e-mail in your inbox, please check also your spam folder. You will also receive the contact details of the landlord and the property address via e-mail as soon as we determine the payment receipt on our bank account.
If there are only 5 days between the booking and the arrival date, you will immediately receive the contact details of the landlord and the address of the accommodation via e-mail. In the case you booked an accommodation of our cooperation partners, you will immediately receive the booking confirmation as well as the contact details of the landlord and the property address. Please note our payment modalities and conditions at any time (see question no. 4).
In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).
You can see the location of your accommodation on a map in the "Location" section on this page. Right below this map, you will find distances to interesting places e.g. city center, beach, ski lift or the next shopping possibility. Furthermore, an individual text written by the landlord gives you more information about your holiday destination.

Whether you can bring your pets or not, please read the information in the "Features" section on this page. In general, the term "Pets not allowed" means that it is not permitted to bring any kind of pets at all.
You find the check-in and check-out times under "General Information" in the "Property description" section on this page, if the landlord has entered these information. Deviations from this regulation can be discussed individually. If your arrival/departure has to be very early/late, we will gladly clarify this with the landlord, if the accommodation is only bookable online. If you chose a property with Enquiry Booking, please contact the landlord directly about this issue.
The key handover and return has to be clarified directly with the landlord. Please see question no. 18 to learn more about how and when you can contact your landlord.
There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
If you chose a property with Enquiry Booking, please contact the landlord via phone or the contact form on this page. If no exception can be made, the minimum stay for this accommodation has to be respected.
