VerifiedSehr schöne und geschmackvolle Wohnung für zwei. In 5 Minuten am Strand und hervorragend ausgestattet. Der Balkon hat Abendsonne, wo man prima den Tag ausklingen lassen. Einzig die Treppe zum Schlafzimmer ist etwas steil.

Verified by partnerWir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt, diese Wohnung entsprach genau den Vorgaben, Bildern etc. wie im Internet abgebildet. Sauberkeit, Übergabe etc. waren perfekt. Leider haben wir die Flasche Wein, Sekt und Weintrauben am Bett vermisst, wie sie auf den Bildern bei Ihnen auf der Seite abgebildet ist :-))))
Alles super, wir werden die Wohnung wieder buchen!

VerifiedWir haben uns in der Wohnung wohl gefühlt. Die Lage und die Sauberkeit sind super gut. Leider ist die Wohnung recht hellhörig, speziell durch die geräuschdurchlässige Wohnungstür. Daneben ist die sehr steile Treppe in das Dachgeschoss (Schlafzimmer) für ältere Gäste eine echte Herausforderung, zumal es im DG keine Toilette gibt.

In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).

There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
