The car park belonging to the apartment is located in the courtyard back of the building. There are also bicycle racks available.

The completely renovated apartment is furnished in a way that immediately creates a holiday atmosphere.
In the sunny, bright living room one feels moved directly to the beach with the lovingly selected furnishings (white furniture, teak wood, rattan). At the spacious dining table you can enjoy the view of the sea and dunes. A comfortable 3-person sofa (folds out into a very comfortable sofa bed with a lying surface of 1.95m x 1.65m) together with rattan armchair and rattan stool, 55" FlatScreen TV and compact hi-fi system completes the living environment. Free WLAN is available. In addition, you will find the local daily newspaper 'Sylter Rundschau' in your mailbox every day (Mon-Sat) so that you don't miss an appointment on the island.
The separate bedroom has a generous built-in double bed (2 m x 1.80 m with 2 separate slatted frames/mattresses), wardrobe and dressing chair, all in the style of a beach house.
The new, modern kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, ceramic hob (4 flames) and microwave/grill. There is a Senseo coffee machine, kettle, toaster.
The modern bathroom with shower resumes the beach house ambience. It is equipped with shower, WC, washbasin, a wonderful teak mirror and of course a hairdryer.
The loggia with its teak table and two matching chairs invites you to sunbathe privately and sundowner in the evening with a view of the dunes and the sea.
A coin-operated washing machine and tumble dryer are available in the laundry room in the cellar. Dryer stand, ironing board and iron are naturally present in the dwelling.

This chic and cosy holiday apartment is located on the third floor of the very well-kept apartment house Windhuk in Westerland. Sea and dunes are only 100 to 150 meters away and dominate the view through the west facing window front of the apartment. The west balcony offers plenty of sun and the ideal lodge for sunsets over dune and sea.
The pedestrian zone can be reached on foot in approx. 5 minutes and the train station in approx. 10 minutes. The beach crossing is only 150 meters away.
Everything is accessible in shortest time, sea, beach chair as well as restaurants, pubs, bakers and supermarkets, the "Sylter Welle", the North Sea...

VerifiedSind zum mehrfach wiederholten mal auf der Insel und in der FeWo von Frau Fuhrmann.
Haben aber mal so garnichts auszusetzen.Ist immer wie nach Hause zu kommen.Danke dafür.
Die Lage ist super, kurze Wege zum Strand und nach Westerland.
Die Wohnung bietet alles was man für einen super Sylt Urlaub braucht.
Und danke für diesen leckeren Honig und die anderen Überraschungen die wir hatten.
Wir kommen ja nächstes Jahr wieder.

VerifiedEin tolles Appartement, das wir als"Wiederholungstäter" immer wieder sehr gerne buchen: die Lage ist zentral zur Innenstadt von Westerland, auch sehr nahe am Strandzugang und dennoch schön ruhig.

VerifiedWir waren nach Ostern das erste Mal auf Sylt und hatten großes Glück mit einer sehr sonnigen Woche….und dieser wunderbaren Wohnung!
Das große Panoramafenster und die geschützte Loggia, beide nach Westen ausgerichtet, bieten einen freien Blick auf Dünen und Meer.
Jeden Abend haben wir einen Spaziergang zum Sonnenuntergang am sehr nahen Strand gemacht.
Die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist hochwertig, geschmackvoll und komfortabel. Die kleine Küche ist optimal ausgestattet, im Schlafzimmer findet man gute Matratzen im Doppelbett und einen geräumigen Kleiderschrank.
Alles war in einem absolut sauberen und gepflegten Zustand.
Wir hatten einen perfekten, entspannten Urlaub und werden sicher in diese Wohnung zurückkommen!

VerifiedTolle FeWo, hell, geschmackvoll und mit allem ausgestattet, was erwartet werden darf. Der große Esstisch am Fenster ist das Highlight. Morgens das ausgedehnte Frühstück mit Panoramablick auf Dünen und etwas Meer, abends der gemütliche Absacker auf dem Balkon. Dazu nette Vermieter, die an alles denken, damit der Urlaub gelingt. Wir sind längst Stammgäste. Der nächste Sommer ist schon gebucht.

Der etwas zurückgesetzte Balkon erlaubt auch bei stärkerem Westwind gemütliche Abende mit Sonnenuntergang. Ausgesprochen nette und freundliche Vermieter denen die Zufriedenheit Ihrer Mieter am Herzen liegt.

VerifiedDie Wohnung 25 im Haus Windhuk ist ein sehr schönes, stilvoll eingerichtetes, sauberes und gut ausgestattetes Ferienapartment. Wir haben uns von der ersten Sekunde an wohlgefühlt. Wir haben trotz Sturm und Regen wunderschöne Tage verlebt.
Es war alles super organisiert, selbst erklärend, oder anhand der schriftlichen Anweisungen gut zu verstehen.
Wir können das Apartment nur empfehlen, und bedanken uns auch auf diesem Wege nochmals beim Vermieter!

VerifiedWir können unser Domizil (Whg 25) nur weiterempfehlen. Es war alles sauber und liebevoll hergerichtet. Das Schönste an der Wohnung ist der Blick vom Esstisch...
Zu erwähnen ist auch die „Sylter Rundschau“, welche jeden Morgen zur „Kliffkante“ gelesen werden kann.
Wir kommen sehr sehr gern wieder.

Die Lage ist gut - sowohl zum Strand als auch in die Innenstadt.
Der zugehörige Parkplatz ist auch ein Plus - das Auto ist dann gut untergebracht und alles Andere kann zu Fuß / mit dem Fahrrad / mit dem Bus erledigt werden.

VerifiedDie Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet, die Technik lässt keinen Wunsch offen, ein Fahrstuhl bringt einen in den 3. Stock (sportlich geht es auch über eine Treppe), ein PKW-Stellplatz, kurze Wege zum Bummeln in Westerland sowie zum Strand und eine herrliche Aussicht über Meer und Düne beim Frühstücken drinnen oder auf dem Balkon. Quizfrage: Was will man mehr? Ich bin total begeistert und möchte unbedingt wiederkommen. In diesem Urlaub hatte ich als Boni herrlichen Sonnenschein und traumhafte Sonnenuntergänge. Was auch ganz toll ist: der Kontakt zum Vermieter. Nach so viel Lob kann ich nur hoffen, dass mir die Wohnung für einen weiteren Urlaub nicht vor der Nase weggeschnappt wird. Bis zum nächsten Mal :-))

VerifiedKomfortabel, mit allen Geräten eingerichtete Wohnung, von der man sogar etwas aufs Meer blicken kann. Fahrstuhl führt in die dritte Etage und ein Parkplatz ist auch vorhanden. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung wohl gefühlt, haben sowohl WLAN als auch den FlatTV gern genutzt und komen gern wieder.

VerifiedWir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub im Haus Windhuk, Wohnung 25. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr gut! Schlüssel und Kurkarten wurden vorab zu gesandt. Die Wohnung war sauber und sehr nett eingerichtet. Die Lage ist TOP! Auch der eigene Stellplatz war uns wichtig. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt uns kommen gerne wieder

VerifiedTolle Ferienwohnung. Hell, frisch und ohne Schnickschnack wohnlich eingerichtet. Vom Frühstückstisch schaut man fast bis auf den Strand und kann sogar das Meer sehen. Und abends geht's nach wenigen Schritten noch mal kurz an den Strand zu "Absacker". Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt! Den nächsten Sylt-Urlaub werden wir -hoffentlich- wieder in dieser Wohnung verbringen.

VerifiedDie Wohnung ist absolut empfehlenswert: sauber, gepflegt, hell und freundlich mit perfekter Lage. Strand und Stadt sind jeweils 5-10 Gehminuten entfernt.

VerifiedIch war mit meiner Frau in der Wohnung von Frau Fuhrmann. Der Ablauf von der Buchung bis zur Bezahlung war völlig unproblematisch und sehr angenehm. Die Wohnung selbst ist äußerst geschmackvoll eingerichtet und super sauber. Das Geschirr war modern. Ein großer Flat-TV war direkt gegenüber dem sehr gemütlichen Sofa angebracht. Auch die Betten waren klasse, allerdings steht das Doppelbett an einer Seite unmittelbar an der Wand und man muss vom Bettende "einsteigen". Ein eigener Parkplatz, der Aufzug und die tolle Lage - 1 Minute zum Strandzugang und 2 Min. zur Friedrichstraße - komplettieren das gute Bild.

VerifiedWir haben ein paar traumhafte Tage auf Sylt verbracht. Dieses war der erste Aufenthalt meines Mannes (angereist aus Colorado) und er war genauso begeistert von der Insel wie ich beim ersten Mal. Ob das Mittwoch Konzert in der St. Severin Kirche, eine Fahrrad Tour nach List oder shopping in Westerland. Wir haben alles sehr genossen.
Den Abend haben wir glücklich und erschöpft in unserem herrlichen Apartment mit Meerblick und Sonnenuntergang ausklingen lassen.

VerifiedWir haben in dieser Wohnung den ersten Familienurlaub mit unserer -zu dem Zeitpunkt- 2 1/2 Monate alten Tochter verbracht und waren sowohl von der gemütlichen,geschmackvollen und hochwertigen Einrichtung als auch von der komplikationslosen Kommunikation und Organisation im Vorfeld unseres Aufenthaltes begeistert.
Zudem ist die Lage der Wohnung zum Strand,aber auch zur Stadt und den Einkaufs- und Essensmöglichkeiten, unschlagbar und insbesondere für kleine Familien Gold wert.

This chic and cosy holiday apartment is located on the third floor of the very well-kept apartment house Windhuk in Westerland. In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).

Right below this map, you will find distances to interesting places e.g. city center, beach, ski lift or the next shopping possibility. Furthermore, an individual text written by the landlord gives you more information about your holiday destination.

Whether you can bring your pets or not, please read the information in the "Features" section on this page. In general, the term "Pets not allowed" means that it is not permitted to bring any kind of pets at all.
You find the check-in and check-out times under "General Information" in the "Property description" section on this page, if the landlord has entered these information. Deviations from this regulation can be discussed individually. If your arrival/departure has to be very early/late, we will gladly clarify this with the landlord, if the accommodation is only bookable online. If you chose a property with Enquiry Booking, please contact the landlord directly about this issue.
The key handover and return has to be clarified directly with the landlord. Please see question no. 18 to learn more about how and when you can contact your landlord.
There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
