Arrival is possible every day – check-in is from 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.

You can pick up the key for the apartment from 2:00 PM at Sam Ratkes Culinarium, located at Strandstraße 6 in Westerland. If the apartment is ready before 4:00 PM, you’re welcome to move in earlier.

A free parking space is available directly in front of the house, and Wi-Fi is also included at no extra cost.

Spread over two levels, the open staircase connects the spacious living area with the two bedrooms upstairs – allowing for a perfect separation between living and sleeping zones.

The light-filled living area offers multiple cozy sofa corners for relaxing. Large windows and the west-facing balcony provide beautiful views of the Sylt sky. Two additional French balconies invite you to sit back and enjoy the fresh breeze.

The open-plan Miele kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stove, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, and filter coffee maker – ideal for everything from a relaxed breakfast to an evening meal.

Upstairs, you’ll find two separate bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. Both bathrooms feature modern rain showers, and one also offers a spacious corner bathtub – perfect for unwinding after a day on the island.

Our house is DiFFERENT – just like our approach to style, quality, and hospitality. With high-quality furnishings, cozy sofas, elegant wooden floors, and comfortable box spring beds, our apartments offer a true feel-good atmosphere.

Dogs are very welcome – we charge €100 per dog per stay.

Whether you’re in the mood for a relaxed stroll through the shops, a coffee on the terrace of Café Wien while watching the lively Strandstraße, or a delicious fish sandwich from Gosch or Blums – everything is just a few steps from your door.
