Die gemütliche und moderne Ferienwohnung überzeugt viele Gäste durch ihre zentrale und dennoch ruhige Lage nahe dem Strand, während mehrere Besucher die gepflegte Sauberkeit sowie die gute Ausstattung der Küche hervorheben. Verified by partnerModerne, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Sehr gut ausgestattet, besonders die Küche. Ausreichend Handtücher und Bademantel für die Sauna, die klein ist. Lage in 5 min. zum Strand, zum Bäcker und zum Bus. Einzig das Haupt-Badezimmer war uns zu klein und sehr unvorteilhafte Deckenkante. Bessere Kopfkissen wären wünschenswert. Insgesamt aber eine Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen.

VerifiedWir als Familie (4) + Hund haben uns sehr wohl und gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage. Zu Fuß kann man den Strand und die Fußgängerzone gut erreichen. Die Räder könnnen am Fahrradstand sicher verwahrt oder im abgeschlossenen Schuppen untergebracht werden. Der Garten ist blickdicht eingewachsen. Die Terrasse befindet sich in südlicher Ausrichtung mit Sitzgruppe. Wer mag, findet im Strandkorb Unterschlupf. Die Betten sind bequem und der Wohn-/Essbereich ist geräumig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit!

Ausstattung hervorragend. Sind mit Zug angereist und konnten nicht viel mitnehmen . Die Lage ist sehr gut zum Strand und auch zur Stadtmitte . Ist auch sehr ruhige Umgebung . Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

VerifiedSehr funktionell und gemütlich. Waren erst skeptisch über Schlafzimmer im Souterrain. Das war aber super ruhig und mit fussbodenheizung super angenehm.
Lage ist perfekt und man ist in 3 Minuten am Strand und in 7 Minuten zu Fuß in der Friedrichstraße mit seiner Fußgängerzone.
Wir haben 4 Tage verlängert und kommen immer gerne wieder.

VerifiedWir waren sehr zufrieden mit der gebuchten Wohnung, wie auch mit dem Service von Hhern Eberhardt.
Es musste nicht extra der Schlüssel irgendwo abgeholt und wieder zurückgebracht werden, alles könnte unkompliziert direkt an der Wohnung erledigt werden.
Die Wohnung war genau wie beschrieben und alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Es war alles sehr gepflegt und sauber, es gab sogar eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner. Uns hat an nichts gefehlt und auch die Lage ist perfekt. Fußläufig ist sowohl die Innenstadt wie auch der Brandenburger Strand in ein paar Minuten erreicht.
Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen und auch weiterempfehlen.

VerifiedFür uns war es der erste Urlaub auf Sylt zu dem wir uns recht spontan entschlossen hatten. Entsprechend haben wir uns sehr gefreut, dass die Wohnung genauso geräumig wie beschrieben war. Das Apartment ist in einem Wohnviertel gelegen, daher ist es sehr ruhig. Bäcker, Bushaltestelle und Fahrradverleih sind recht nah - am schönsten war allerdings der kurze Weg zum Strand. Die Schlafzimmer sind im Untergeschoss gelegen, das tat der Wohnlichkeit aber keinen Abbruch. Wir als Spontanurlauber haben zudem die Syltmagazine und den Reiseführer die im Wohnzimmer lagen für die erste Orientierung sehr geschätzt. Besonders gefreut hat uns die schnelle, zuverlässige und freundliche Kommunikation mit Herrn Eberhardt (Objektbetreung)- auch wenn man sich nicht persönlich getroffen hat, so wussten wir doch, dass es immer einen hilfreichen Ansprechpartner für uns gibt.

In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).

There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
