In diesem modern eingerichteten Ferienhaus herrscht eine angenehme Wohlfühl-Atmosphäre, wobei viele Gäste die lückenlose Ausstattung hervorheben, bei der es an nichts fehlt. Die ruhige Lage wird durch kurze Fußwege zum Strand sowie zum Bäcker ergänzt, während die Terrasse zum Verweilen einlädt und die Betten als sehr gut beschrieben werden. Mehrere Gäste weisen darauf hin, dass der Esstisch sowie die Parkplatzsituation für größere Gruppen oder Fahrzeuge eng bemessen sind. Verified
Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt im Godi Hüs. Es fehlte an nichts. Wir hatten Glück mit dem Wetter und konnten die Terrasse zum Frühstücken nutzen. Mit sechs Erwachsenen war es am Esstisch im Innenbereich etwas knapp; ging aber durchaus auch mal. Wir würden das Godi Hüs jederzeit wieder buchen. Vielleicht könnte man für die Schlüsselübergabe eine weitere Möglichkeit anbieten - das war etwas umständlich bei der An- und Abreise. Auch das Schlafzimmer unterm Dach ist eher für Kinder geeignet und mit 2 Erwachsenen platztechnisch und vom Stauraum her schon eine Herausforderung. Aber wir haben uns die 5 Tage schon sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt im Godi Hüs.

Die Parkplatzsituation ist etwas eng. Auf die Straße kann man nur bedingt ausweichen, weil dort auch Autos stehen. Man kommt gut zu Fuß zum Strand und ein leckerer Bäcker ist auch fußläufig erreichbar. Mit sechs Personen wäre es uns in der kalten Jahreszeit zu eng. Der Tisch drinnen wäre zu klein. Auf der Terrasse wäre es gegangen. Mit zwei Kindern war es jetzt OK.

We distinguish between two booking types on our website. The landlord decides which type of booking he likes to offer, so that only one is possible per accommodation. You can see the valid booking type on the right side of the property listing under the price per night.

Properties with Enquiry Booking: To book an accommodation please contact the landlord by phone or via the contact form on the property listing. It is impossible to book such properties directly online on our website.

Properties with Online Booking: To book an accommodation directly and bindingly online, please enter your travel period, the number of guests and calculate the valid price. Afterwards, please complete the booking form in three easy steps. Alternatively, you can also use our telephone booking service.
Basically, the accommodation has to be vacant in your requested travel period. Furthermore, the conditions, such as max. number of guests, the minimum stay, the valid arrival and departure days have to be observed.

Please note: The rental contract is always concluded between the tenant and the landlord. Travanto is just the intermediary.
In general, you are able to rent the accommodation, if your travel period is marked as vacant in the availability calendar. You can find the calendar nearly at the end of the property listing.

If a rental price can be calculated, a booking of the property is possible in your requested travel period. For further information about where and how you can calculate the rental price, please read the answer to question no. 6.

If there are only 5 days between the booking and the arrival date, you will immediately receive the contact details of the landlord and the address of the accommodation via e-mail. In the case you booked an accommodation of our cooperation partners, you will immediately receive the booking confirmation as well as the contact details of the landlord and the property address. Please note our payment modalities and conditions at any time (see question no. 4).
In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).
You can see the location of your accommodation on a map in the "Location" section on this page. Right below this map, you will find distances to interesting places e.g. city center, beach, ski lift or the next shopping possibility. Furthermore, an individual text written by the landlord gives you more information about your holiday destination.

Whether you can bring your pets or not, please read the information in the "Features" section on this page. In general, the term "Pets not allowed" means that it is not permitted to bring any kind of pets at all.
You find the check-in and check-out times under "General Information" in the "Property description" section on this page, if the landlord has entered these information. Deviations from this regulation can be discussed individually. If your arrival/departure has to be very early/late, we will gladly clarify this with the landlord, if the accommodation is only bookable online. If you chose a property with Enquiry Booking, please contact the landlord directly about this issue.
The key handover and return has to be clarified directly with the landlord. Please see question no. 18 to learn more about how and when you can contact your landlord.
There may be various reasons for this:

  • Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
  • Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
  • A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
  • You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
  • Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
  • Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
    • In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.

    If you chose a property with Enquiry Booking, please contact the landlord via phone or the contact form on this page. If no exception can be made, the minimum stay for this accommodation has to be respected.
