Die charmante Ferienwohnung überzeugt durch ihre ruhige Lage in Keitum, wobei mehrere Gäste die Übereinstimmung der Fotos mit der Realität sowie den perfekten Buchungsservice loben. Ein Gast hebt zudem die süße Einrichtung, die Nähe zum Watt sowie die Atmosphäre zum Wohlfühlen hervor. In Bezug auf die Ausstattung sehen mehrere Urlauber Verbesserungspotenzial bei der Anzahl an Kleiderhaken sowie der Auswahl an Töpfen. Zudem werden die vielen Dekorationsartikel angemerkt und der zweite Schlafraum wird bei einer Belegung mit vier Personen als etwas klein beschrieben.

Von der Buchung bis zur Schlüsselübergabe und Rückgabe einfach perfekt. Die Bilder sind aktuell und zeigen die Wohnung so wie ist. Für mich etwas viel Nippes, hätte mir anstatt dessen den einen oder anderen Haken an der Wand gewünscht um einfach mal auch ein Kleidungsstsück (Jacke) aufhängen zu können. Der zweite Schlafraum ist etwas klein, bei drei Personen ok, bei vier hätte ich so meine ????. Die Küchenausstattung war reichlich bis auf die Töpfe (drei, davon einer so groß, da kann ich für ne ganze Fußballmannschaft Nudel abkochen, dazu noch eine Kasserolle ohne Deckel), dafür aber vier Pfannen, der Sinn dahinter erschließt sich mir nicht. Die ruhige Lage in Keitum war für uns i.O. (auf öffentliche Verkehrsmittel angewiesen). Es gibt einige Bus- und Bahnverbindungen nach Westerland und von dort weiter nach List oder Hörnum. Keitum ist darüber hinaus auch per Bahn erreichbar (erste Station nach Westerland), allerdings ist das Sylt to go Ticket wohl nicht enthalten aber das Deutschlandticket zählt.

We distinguish between two booking types on our website. The landlord decides which type of booking he likes to offer, so that only one is possible per accommodation. You can see the valid booking type on the right side of the property listing under the price per night.

Properties with Enquiry Booking: To book an accommodation please contact the landlord by phone or via the contact form on the property listing. It is impossible to book such properties directly online on our website.

Properties with Online Booking: To book an accommodation directly and bindingly online, please enter your travel period, the number of guests and calculate the valid price. Afterwards, please complete the booking form in three easy steps. Alternatively, you can also use our telephone booking service.
Basically, the accommodation has to be vacant in your requested travel period. Furthermore, the conditions, such as max. number of guests, the minimum stay, the valid arrival and departure days have to be observed.

Please note: The rental contract is always concluded between the tenant and the landlord. Travanto is just the intermediary.
In general, you are able to rent the accommodation, if your travel period is marked as vacant in the availability calendar. You can find the calendar nearly at the end of the property listing.

If a rental price can be calculated, a booking of the property is possible in your requested travel period. For further information about where and how you can calculate the rental price, please read the answer to question no. 6.

Yes, but please note that in case of a cancellation by the tenant the landlord might charge a cancellation fee. This applies in general when a rental contract has been already concluded bindingly.

You will also receive the contact details of the landlord and the property address via e-mail as soon as we determine the payment receipt on our bank account.

If there are only 5 days between the booking and the arrival date, you will immediately receive the contact details of the landlord and the address of the accommodation via e-mail. In the case you booked an accommodation of our cooperation partners, you will immediately receive the booking confirmation as well as the contact details of the landlord and the property address. Please note our payment modalities and conditions at any time (see question no. 4).
In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).
You can see the location of your accommodation on a map in the "Location" section on this page. Right below this map, you will find distances to interesting places e.g. city center, beach, ski lift or the next shopping possibility. Furthermore, an individual text written by the landlord gives you more information about your holiday destination.

Whether you can bring your pets or not, please read the information in the "Features" section on this page. In general, the term "Pets not allowed" means that it is not permitted to bring any kind of pets at all.
You find the check-in and check-out times under "General Information" in the "Property description" section on this page, if the landlord has entered these information. Deviations from this regulation can be discussed individually. If your arrival/departure has to be very early/late, we will gladly clarify this with the landlord, if the accommodation is only bookable online. If you chose a property with Enquiry Booking, please contact the landlord directly about this issue.
The key handover and return has to be clarified directly with the landlord. Please see question no. 18 to learn more about how and when you can contact your landlord.
There may be various reasons for this:

  • Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
  • Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
  • A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
  • You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
  • Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
  • Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
    • In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.

    If you chose a property with Enquiry Booking, please contact the landlord via phone or the contact form on this page. If no exception can be made, the minimum stay for this accommodation has to be respected.
