Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön, haben uns gut erholt der Ablauf lief reibungslos. Anmerkungen haben wir dennoch da das Apartment 6 zum Hinterhof geht und damit dunkler sind die Lichtverhältnisse im wohnbereich sehr schlecht jetzt im Frühjahr und Sommer geht das aber im Herbst und Winter wäre uns das zu wenig Licht.
Was auch wir für uns sehr unhygienisch war der Teppich im Zimmer. Top war die Ausstattung es hat an nichts gefehlt. Ach ja wir saßen mal draußen zum frühstücken und von oben kam wie ein eine richtige ladung Wasser herunter wie ein Wasserfall das war sehr ärgerlich mussten uns schnellstens in Sicherheit bringen.. Wie immer war ich auch in diesem Jahr sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft und auch mit Ihnen allen im Zusammenhang mit der Buchung und Betreuung. Danke und weiter so und auf in die nächsten 50 Jahre.
Eine Sache müsste allerdings erledigt werden, im Treppenhaus des Hauses hing ein Zettel, auf dem informiert wurde, dass der Fernseh Kabelempfang im Haus umgestellt wurde und dass auf den Fernsehgeräten der Sendersuchlauf neu aktiviert werden muss.
Dieses gilt auch für die Wohnung, die ich bewohnte, ab dem 27.11. war kein Sender mehr zu empfangen. Selber konnte ich das nicht durchführen, auf dem Fernseher war wahrscheinlich der Hotel Modus aktiviert, das Menü war gesperrt.
Falls der nächste Feriengast also Wert auf´s Fernsehen legt, dann sollte das idealerweise schon im Vorfeld erledigt werden.

Tschüß bis nächsten Juni, da sehen wir uns wieder :)

In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).

There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
