Wunderbar die direkte Strandnähe, kaum 5 min., und kurzer Fußweg ins Zentrum der Innenstadt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und den großzügigen Südbalkon genossen. Wir empfehlen das Apartment gerne weiter!

Fußminuten in die Fußgängerzone/ Innenstadt - suchen ihresgleichen. Ein wirklich komfortables Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer bietet
Ausweichmöglichkeiten, falls der Reisepartner schnarcht ;-) Toll auch
der geräumige Südbalkon mit viel Sonne und Ausblick.

Das Schlafzimmer ist sehr klein, aber nur für die Nacht völlig ausreichend, und ansonsten bietet die Wohnung alles, was man im Urlaub braucht!

Verified by partnerDie Appartment-Wohnung ist schon etwas älter, aber man kann Sie ggf. weiterempfehlen. Je nach Urlaubswünschen. Aber wenn man auf Sylt eine Wohnung besitzt ist es ja schon ein Segen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ebenfalls gut, sie liegt direkt an der Innenstadt Westerland und zum Strand, maximale Fußwege von ca. 300 mtr.

VerifiedDie Wohnung ist total süß und gemütlich. Ich habe mich von der 1. Minute an wohl gefühlt. Der Balkon geht nach Südwest, so dass man von morgens bis zum späten Nachmittag (ich war im März da) Sonne hat.
Das Schlafzimmer ist winzig, aber nur fürs Schlafen völlig ausreichend.
Mir hat ein wenig ein Fahrstuhl gefehlt, denn für mich war es recht anstrengend, das Gepäck hoch zu schleppen. Für fittere Leute aber kein Problem.
Etwas irritierend fand ich, dass die Unterkunft "mit Meerblick" beschrieben wurde. Obwohl ich oben gewohnt habe, war vom Meer nichts zu sehen.
Ansonsten kann ich die Wohnung nur empfehlen. Sie liegt dicht am Treppenaufgang zum Strand und nur ca. 400m vom Zentrum in Westerland entfernt.

Sowohl der Strand als auch das Zentrum von Westerland sind fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Bus und Bahnhof sind ebenfalls schnell und bequem erreibar. Die Ferienwohnung können wir nur weiterempfehlen und
wir werden im nächsten Jahr versuchen diese Unterkunft wieder zu buchen.

In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).

There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.

A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
