With two sunny terraces facing south and west, it provides an ideal setting for relaxing or enjoying outdoor meals. The garden is equipped with high-quality teak garden furniture and a traditional Sylt beach chair, making it perfect for relaxation. The spacious area is ideal for play, ensuring a family-friendly atmosphere. Guests can conveniently access the garden from the living room, thanks to large floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the interior with natural light. The property also includes two private parking spaces and is located about 650 meters from the West Beach, easily reachable on foot. Pets are welcome, with one medium-sized dog allowed for an additional fee. This lovely house is expected to be fully renovated by February 2026, promising even more comfort and charm for its visitors.

This charming 120 m² single-family holiday home accommodates up to 7 guests and features 5 rooms across two levels. The spacious ground floor includes a large entrance area, a well-equipped closed kitchen perfect for family meals, and a generous living room of approximately 30 m² with two floor-to-ceiling windows, a cozy seating area, a TV, and a tiled stove. The first floor offers four bedrooms: one bedroom with an individual bed and desk, and three bedrooms each with a double bed and storage options. There are two bathrooms; the first includes a walk-in shower, and the second features both a walk-in shower and a bathtub. A utility room with a private entrance provides a washing machine and dryer for guest use. The home is a non-smoking facility and welcomes one medium-sized dog. Parking is available with two private spaces on the property.

In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).

Right below this map, you will find distances to interesting places e.g. city center, beach, ski lift or the next shopping possibility. Furthermore, an individual text written by the landlord gives you more information about your holiday destination.

Whether you can bring your pets or not, please read the information in the "Features" section on this page. In general, the term "Pets not allowed" means that it is not permitted to bring any kind of pets at all.

Deviations from this regulation can be discussed individually. If your arrival/departure has to be very early/late, we will gladly clarify this with the landlord, if the accommodation is only bookable online. There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
