Die großzügige Ferienwohnung überzeugt viele Gäste durch ihre hervorragende Lage, von der aus der Strand sowie das Zentrum bequem zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Mehrere Besucher heben das Wohlfühl-Gefühl sowie die Sauberkeit hervor und beschreiben die gehobene Ausstattung mit zwei Badezimmern als ideal für vier Personen. Eine überdachte, windgeschützte Terrasse bietet zudem einen privaten Außenbereich. Verified by partnerDie Lage ist hervorragend. Sowohl zum Strand als auch zum einkaufen. Große bequeme und sehr saubere Wohnung. Sehr gut ausgestattet. 2 Duschen und Toiletten. Ausreichend Wäsche und Geschirrhandtücher für 2 Wochen. Sofortige Abhilfe als der Toaster kaputt war (innerhalb 2 Stunden neuer Toaster)

VerifiedEine wunderschön eingerichtete Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern, wahrer Luxusurlaub! Die großzügige Kücheneinrichtung ermöglicht gemeinsame Kochsessions, es fehlt an nichts. Geschirr ausreichend vorhanden, so dass man den vorhandenen Geschirrspüler auch tatsächlich nutzen kann. Auf der überdachten Terrasse kann man auch im Nieselregen herrlich sitzen, speisen, spielen. Einziges Manko: Die aktuelle Objektbeschreibung "verschleiert" die Lage der Wohnung im Untergeschoss/Souterrain. Es ist manchmal etwas dunkel in der Wohnung, dafür garantiert sie aber Windschutz auf der Terrasse. Uns hat die Wohnung supergut gefallen und wir würden sie jedem nur wärmstens empfehlen!

VerifiedLeider war der Internet-Anschluss gestört. Vermieter und beauftragte Fachfirma haben bei der Behebung des Fehlers großen Einsatz gezeigt. Der Erfolg blieb aus. Die Matratzen der Betten sind ziemlich durchgelegen.Im Gesamturteil ist die Wohnung jedoch zu empfehlen.

VerifiedAls wir den (bescheidenen) Flur des Hauses durchquert hatten, überraschte uns eine super Wohnung. Größe optimal für 4 Personen, gehobene Ausstattung, und sehr sauber. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis völlig in Ordnung. Gute Fußnähe zum Strand und in die Innenstadt. Kommen sehr gerne wieder.

In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).

Right below this map, you will find distances to interesting places e.g. city center, beach, ski lift or the next shopping possibility. There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
