Haus Sommerwind is located at the outskirts of Westerland, in direction to Wenningstedt, at a traffic calmed street just for residents. Here you have got a wonderful, unspoilt view over the open countryside unto the little villages Braderup and Keitum.
With every sunrise, time and time again another beautiful, awesome look.
The impressive, miles long beach is about 700 meters away and you can reach it in a 10 minutes walk. At this beach passage you find an attended bathing beach, a free parking lodge and a lot of bicycle stands. Along the west coast are a lot of other beach passages.
The nearby seated little wood invites for a nice walk or some jogging rounds to do.
Shopping possibilities, like a supermarket and a bakery is about 500 meters away, in direction to the beach. There you can find also a bus stop and a bike rental outlet.
To the east of the house is a foot- and cycle path, which leads you through gorgeous landscapes and to a lot of villages of the island.

The modern, comfortable 3-room flat is located in the first floor, is 55 m² large and offers space for 2-3 persons. Separated in a living room with a broad kitchenette and the access to the southwarded balcony, two sleeping rooms and a spacious bathroom. In the whole flat, including the bathroom, the floor is laid-out with a high-quality design floor in a wooden optic. The windows are equipped with elegant plisses for the screen and sunblind. The sleeping room can be completely darkened by the duplex-plisse.
The living room is equipped with a sofa, a cocktail chair and a dining table with 4 chairs.
A flatscreen with 81 cm screen size, a Sony hifi- system to play CD and DVD, plus a clockradio with an iPod docking station is placed to your disposal.
In the full provided kittchenette is a ceramic glass cooktop, an oven and microwave,a fridge with integraded freezer, a dishwasher, a water boiler, a coffee maker and toaster.
The sleeping room is equipped with a double bed (1,80 x 2,00m), bedside tables, table reading lambs and a spacious wardrobe with sliding doors.
In the comfortable bathroom stands a wash basin with a big lighted mirror, a shower cubicle with glass screens, a heater for towels and a WC. A hair dryer is also available.
Declared own parking spaces are available. The southwarded balkony is accessible from the living room and equipped with garden furniture.
Pats are generally not allowed. Both flats are non-smoker flats, thats why we ask you to smoke only outside or on the balkony.
Both of the flats are provided with an internet-access via W-LAN at no charge and a telephon connection. You can make calls, also at no charge, within Germany. Its not possible to make calls to mobile numbers or in other countries as Germany.
On the day of arrival, the accommodation is available from 15:00.
On the day of departure you must leave the property by 10:00 at the latest.
